Exit airport and follow the signs for the Van Wyck Expressway I-678 North.Merge onto I-678 and continue northbound. Follow the signs for the Long Island Expressway LIE I-495 west.Get off at EXIT 12-B. Merge onto I-478 WEST ¿ LIE. Follow signs for the Queens Midtown Tunnel - Manhattan.Bear right onto the off ramp pay toll and continue through the tunnel. Take the DOWNTOWN - 34th Street exit go right onto 34th Street.
